Why japanese young people wouldn't go to a vote? An election of the House of Councilors was started at july 4 2013.

Hi!, I'm a Japanese commoner.
I introduce a Japanese-news to you by my viewpoint.
If you find that I used bad grammar, please teach me an correct answer.

------------

An election of the House of Councilors was started at july 4 2013.
Japanese mass media are forecast that  " A coalition of The Liberal Democratic Party and the Komeito would get the majority. " .

Although , that forecast include "I can't decide to vote for who, yet." and "No reply to a questionnaire survey.".
These answer is account for 40% in that questionnaire survey.

If 40% are against to majority party, the number of seats in torsion among the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors wouldn't be repaired.

However , the forecast is standing on usual voting rate.
If young people would going to a vote more, the political situation cannot forecast.

In japan, young people have not interest at politics.
The voted rate by twenties of the latest election of the House of Representatives was 37.89% .

Why Japanese young people are wouldn't go to a vote?
In a word, they are thinking "it's troublesome job".
They don't have interest to them own future.
They have interest to this moment and use their energy for themselves.
Probably, they think "If I have a time for thinking politics, I want to use its time to parttime-work or study, recreation, sleeping and more. ".
They are serious persons in a sense.

By the way, a new election system was started from this election.
It's called "Net election" .
A person eligible for an elective office and a voter can use a internet to election.

Might you think I'm saying kidding.
Unfortunately, this is actual Japanese present politics system.

Though, new system was started.
I'm looking forward to voting rate change.
