Will a nuclear power plants be restarted or not?
This point is a point of election of the House of Councilors in Japan.
The Japanese prime minister Abe says "If a nuclear power plant is not fulfill a safety standard,that is not restarted. We must do in safety first.".
In addition he says "Japan is showing a loss by importing energy resources.
The amount of loss are 3 trillion yen.(30000000 US dollar about.)"
※Japanese revenue is about 92.5 trillion yen. This revenue includes national loan amount of about 42.9 trillion yen.
His and Liberal Democratic party's opinion is "Nuclear power plants should be restarted A.S.A.P.".
On the other hand , Komeito ( is in the state of coalition with LDP.) and the other political parties are cautious to restarting nuclear power plants.
At 21 July 2013 , Japanese people must choose restart or not.
As you know , Japan caused a serious trouble of nuclear power plants.
However Japan is scarce to energy resource in own country.
Therefore ,it is equivalent to " whether restart or not " and " whether give up an ordinary life or not."
Japanese nation are thinking that we never want to cause nuclear plants accident absolutely.
Although , if nuclear plants not restart , people making a bare living will be troubled more than now.
Definitely Japan is wealthy than many other poor countries.
But we have a little rich people and many otherwise people same as other countries also.
We have to choose a ideal future in agony.
I hope that people who feel sadness will decrease in the future.
